Spain Uriach pharmaceutical group founded in 1838,with 172 years history. This group is the first largest pharmaceutical company in Spain with a long history of family business, enjoys a high reputation in the European pharmaceutical industry.

Gruop Uriach has strong ability on new drug research and development , applied for more than 100 new invention patent in the world. They launched new products such as antiallergic drugs: rupatadine, Hypoglycemic Drugs: glipentide, new drugs covering Anti-inflammatory, resistance to fungal infection, allergy, heart head blood-vessel, autoimmune disorders, and other areas of the treatment.

The joint project with a total investment of RMB 450 million,among them group Uriach invest €25 million，Sunlight invest 250 million,both sides develop and product drugs of heart head blood-vessel, senile disease etc. Firstly, Uriach invest €7.5 million and sunlight invest RMB 75 million for development and production in 2010.Expected to start construction in 2011, put into operation in 2010, annual output will reach RMB400 million. The 2nd and 3rd phases,invest will invest €7.5 million and €11 million ,sunlight will invest RMB75 million and RMB100 million. All completed the annual sales volume will reach RMB 2 billion.
